Like the deleted scenes on your DVDs, here's some grub that didn't make it into the blog this month.

Did you do anything special to make that lime-scented rice? I'm preparing fajitas tonight and would like to serve the rice as a side...perhaps with some chopped cilantro thrown in, too.
