Food blog roundup

Inspired by the impressive efforts detailed at 101 Cookbooks, Chocolate & Zucchini makes fresh ricotta cheese. These entries make me want to give up everything and open up a fromagerie.

Over at Chez Pim you will find an excellent primer on tea and an impassioned plea to brew loose leaf (I was sold on that already, but I don't know that I've ever seen anyone make such a persuasive case).

Of course all of these food blogs have delicious photos, too.
